Questions about an official Palo Pinto County docket or record belong with the office that keeps it. County and district matters have different custodians, and a justice or municipal case stays with its named court. The routes below identify the current clerk contacts while the Palo Pinto courthouse undergoes flood repairs.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Palo Pinto County Court Docket is privately operated. We cannot retrieve records, set or reset hearings, alter or seal cases, certify copies, file documents, or give legal advice. Contact the responsible clerk or court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route the request by court and record type. The County Clerk and District Clerk do not search each other's files.

  • County civil, criminal, probate, or guardianship: County Clerk Janette Green. These records are not advertised online, and the office says a case number is required.
  • District felony, family, land-title, or general civil: District Clerk Nathan Choate accepts official-record requests through the current county email route.
  • Court date: check the county calendar, then confirm with the court because the calendar is not a full case search.
  • Statewide discovery: use re:SearchTX case search for participating-court cases or hearings, then verify locally.
  • Justice or municipal matter: contact the exact precinct or city court named on the citation or filing.
